MONTHLY REPORTS
Monthly financial reports will be provided to the provider on or before the 5th day of the following month.
These reports will include a Financial Summary, Productivity, Insurance Plan Payment, and Practice AR Report. Other custom reports may be requested for an additional fee.
FEE SCHEDULE
We assist you with establishing a fee schedule according to your specialty.
STAFF TRAINING
Initial training for your front office staff on insurance requirements and collection of co-payment will be provided. Follow-up training will be provided when deemed necessary by Physicians Billing Solutions.
If additional training is requested by the provider (e.g. due to turn over in staff, new staff addition, etc.) a fee will be assessed at a negotiated rate
PRIVATE COURIER SERVICE FOR PICK-UP AND DELIVERY
